• Arrival dates between June 21st and September 6th are Saturdays for even numbered units and Sunday for odd numbered units.

• No pets permitted on the property.

• All units are non-smoking.

• Each unit comes with one free parking stall. Additional parking is limited and can be rented at $50/week + GST or $10/night + GST

• Rates are subject to change. Taxes are additional.

• Boat moorage rates are: $70/week + GST or $10/day + GST
